Step into the dreamy world of yin and nidra as Jax takes you on a journey of your own body in this nourishing, grounding and deeply restorative workshop. The evening will include pranayama practice, classic yin postures, education of meridian pathways and organ functions, as well as a mystical yoga nidra.
This workshop will gift you time to unwind and be present so you can listen to the magic that lies deep within you. This workshop welcomes everyone to take a break from overstimulation and honour themselves with an evening of rest and relaxation.
Bring cosy clothes, socks and eye masks if you have them. Possibly even a journal to write down any thoughts or feelings post-practise. Everything else we have in the studio.
