    This is the J&T Transformation Programme (as shown on home page). A mobility & strength method designed to build a strong and flexible body whilst nurturing mental well-being.


    My intention is to make this a realistic programme for your lifestyle, combining the three key elements: fitness, mindset and recovery, so that you’re building muscle and feeling more confident in your day to day life. Real life transformations start here!


    First month £250 (includes initial consultation and movement screening)

    - Weekly 30 min coaching call

    Your Investment includes:

What are the benefits of coaching & am I the right coach for you?

A coach is a great way to get you from A to B by sharing the right tools to unlock your goals. As your coach I will keep you accountable and show you what you can achieve (even if you didn’t think it was possible). 
Who do you coach & what is your style? 

 I coach women and men of all ages ready to start their journey. In simple terms, I will get you strong and flexible and improve your movement quality. Exercise is the ticket to a long-life and clearer mind. 

 I also offer skills based coaching, for example, I support clients on their journey to handstand.

This service is primarily based on physical fitness, but from years of experience, I recognise consistent physical goals are harder to achieve if other areas of life are out of alignment. This is why I include elements of 'mindset & introspection' to help my clients transform old patterns and create new ones in the direction of what they want! …It works like magic, but with a healthy dollop of effort!
