    “I have absolutely loved working with Jax this year. She is encouraging and supportive while being adaptable and positive.

    I signed up for a training programme because I wanted to feel more comfortable in the gym and to build my strength. I have had a lot of injuries in the past and on my own I lacked the confidence to try lifting weights or going beyond the cardio area. With Jax, she built a programme designed to support me in getting better at the things I love to do - like yoga and mobility - and helped me build my confidence to not only feel comfortable at the gym but to also trust myself.”

    “I used to have fairly solid gym routine until I didn't. A new job, moving country, and life in general got in the way. Jax' online PT programme was my saviour as it helped me with two things that I miss when going to a random gym class: flexibility and accountability.

    Accountability:
    Jax made me define goals at the beginning of the programme and they really help me keep the routine. Since I have to video myself every week, I am less likely to skip a workout and on top of that I am getting very helpful training cues. Her little instructional videos are the best!”

    “I’ve been training with Jax for 1.5 years now (twice a week 1:1, and once on my own). This turned out to be the best investment by far! So, huge thanks to Jax for putting so much effort and knowledge into making my body truly functional and strong!

    We started in a very weak, rusty place, and now I’m very flexible, with a strong core, can do multiple weighted pull-ups, can do a handstand (I’m almost 2 meters tall), and most importantly, I feel much better than ever before!

    I strongly recommend Jax to anyone! She’s amazing!! She’s super experienced and extremely skilful, creates programs that just work! Also, she’s constantly measuring my progress, including all workouts, all metrics, etc. Extremely good at filming me for my Instagram subscribers. I’m super lucky I train with Jax! Hopefully, you manage to get a spot to train with her as well!” 💪

“ I found Jax during the first lockdown and I am so relieved I did. I honestly would say that this Jax & Tonic revelation has been life changing. I started off doing yoga, but have since done the abs & mobility and guns & buns, every class I have tried, I have loved! Jax really knows what she is doing, I love all the explanations and the flows, I feel like I'm not just working out, but really connecting and understanding more about my body. The range of class types and times is also another benefit. With my work schedule I can't always make certain times, so the flexibility is so helpful. Jax is also committed to the community she is creating, so even when you are doing classes at different times you still feel connected to a community, which in times like this is really lovely. Through all three lockdowns Jax has been the tonic I have needed and I can't thank you enough!”

2020 was a year of worry and unknowns, but it was also the year I found Jax and Tonic.  This is one of the happy and positives experiences I have taken from 2020 and I’m grateful for that. 
Jax is a sunny, genuine, and hardworking individual, not to mention a wonderful Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer!
I am amazed by the care and attention she puts into all aspects of the services on offer. She wants her clients to have the best possible experience (whether this is live, pre-recorded videos or 1-2-1s) while also delivering value for money.   
Jax’s classes are accessible, fun, and yes at times hard work! I joined the Members Hub from the very beginning as I knew it was going to be something special, and I’ve not been disappointed.  It brings me happiness to support her in achieving something inspiring as she supports us to do the best we can. 
The Hub provides a diverse collaboration of exercises.  I not only get access to top quality videos, but I feel the authentic support from Jax which I don’t’ believe I would receive from another online subscriptions.
