We begin breathing together and then journey into the rich rivers of movement within the body through a scaleable warm up and mellow movement practise.
Bring your notepad as I guide you through a creative writing practise post-movement.
As we transition from fire to water, you'll slink into the quieter moments of yin and sleep meditation which will take you through all waves of consciousness, and possibly even lull you into a blissful, sweet sleep. During this magical container you can make space for a wondrous doorway into your own inner intuition and insight.
