Tonic crew, it’s time for a Spring get together!
Feast your eyes on the brand new workshop / day retreat concept below.
Learn the basics of mobility & strength to achieve greater flexibility. This is a physically challenging and stimulating practise which incorporates steady and mindful breathing for total body awareness. Option to work towards a peak pose such as hand balance or backbend. Once your senses are all livened up, we’ll dive into a few self reflection prompts. These are questions that have helped me to stop, think, reflect and plan ahead with a new sense of inspiration. We’ll do a practical body awareness meditation together that you can integrate into your daily life. At the end you can melt into the floor with restorative yin and sound. I’ll wake you up with the promise of delicious food served by e5 bakery.
Looking forward to spending this spring afternoon with you and seeing so many regular faces.
Mobility & Flexibility Movement
(Like Yoga - but workshop style). I'm making it workshop style so you can explore going beyond your usual bodyweight limits and into deeper ranges of motion. We do this with clear, focused, intentional movement, which is what makes this similar to yoga, but a little bit more structured. This session is guaranteed to mobilise and energise your whole body.Self Reflection Worksheets
Working through a series of questions that will get you thinking. The intention is to bring a new light into an area you feel stuck in. How can we move through it, and bring you closer to you).Body Awareness Meditation
I guide you through a tantra style meditation, that focuses on body awareness and moving this awareness steadily through the body whilst creating space in the mind.Restorative Yin & Sound
You do nothing, I'll help you get cosy.Late Lunch
From our regular caterer, so it will be delicious, obviouslyHangs & other tonics...
Option to hang out for a while after or simply head home and digest the day.
