Aerial Dreams is a three-hour immersive journey guiding you from the exhilaration of airborne flight into deeply grounding rest and repair.
We begin in the air, exploring the physical and mental challenges of lifting, suspending and trusting yourself above the ground. Strength, coordination, focus and courage are called for as you learn the foundations of aerial movement and the thrill of making human flight possible.
From there, you’ll transition into guided yoga nidra. This phase supports a shift from sympathetic activation into parasympathetic restoration, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate. In this deeply restful state, the body repairs, the mind integrates new skills and creativity is consolidated and renewed.
You’ll leave feeling expanded yet grounded — light, regulated and deeply restored, as though floating on clouds.
