You will learn the basic principles of strength & flexibility training and how you can have BOTH not just one or the other.
This workshop is great for anyone who wants to:
Get confident with strength training
Understand how to structure training into their schedule
Behavioural changes to encourage a consistent strength training practise
Particularly good for EVERY BODY, as well as yogi’s and dancers who want to develop a stronger practise and/or anyone who feels they are ‘stuck’ with their flexibility and have no idea how to progress.
There is a practical session plus we’ll have discussions with worksheets.
