Hi, I’m Jax. A wellness expert with over 8 years of experience helping clients transform their body & mind.
This method exists because I wish this was the kind of programme someone would have created for me.
My personal health journey has been turbulent to say the least, tainted with disordered eating, punishment training, burnout, spiralling negative thoughts, shame and low self-esteem which bled into every aspect of my life including career and relationships. In short, I was in a dark place and suffering in silence for years.
Now in my 30s, I am strong, flexible & confident, even attaining skills like press handstand along the way.
Beyond physicality, I believe it’s our responsibility to practise connection with ourselves and the greater energies around us through meditation, journalling and visualisation, so we can be our most authentic and inspired selves.
I went beyond what I thought was possible, and so can you.
This is why my intention is to demystify how to achieve physical fitness and mental clarity, making it accessible for everyone.

This programme is a body & mind training system designed as a course where I introduce new education points each week to help you stay focused and achieve the long lasting change you’re looking for.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
- Your personalised programme on an app with videos and descriptions from me
- A Movement Screening and initial consultation to create your specific programme
- Access to videos that explain exercises and movement patterns
- Access to videos that include mobility and core follow along sessions to support your training
- Nutrition video with a registered nutritionist focusing on how to eat for wellbeing and training

- Introduction to cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
- Access to recorded guided meditations
- Video dialogues to help you stay focused during your programme and remember your why
- In our sessions you will clarify your values & how you can integrate training into your life with your values in mind
- You will become a master organiser! Scheduling your sessions according to your life (realistic for success)
- You wil learn to reframe your mindset. Not in a toxic positivity way, but a genuine reframing for success
- You will learn to be flexible with your thinking, so that you can make decisions that are the best for you in any moment

RECOVERY & SPIRITUAL PRACTISE
- Meditation & breathing videos for you to practise daily or weekly
- In our sessions I will give you self inquiry prompts that will help develop a stronger sense of self and spiritual practise
- We explore visualisation & journalling or any ‘flow state’ that personally works for you (think outside the box, this is not one size fits all)
- Recorded yin sessions to assist with deep rest and recovery
- Videos explaining Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts. Explanations of the meridians and organ functions
- Recorded yoga nidra to guide you into a dream space (perfect before bed)
- I encourage you to lean into or find a community where you feel seen and safe and can be playful (this is so good for your nervous system and helps with stress reduction)

No access to a physical gym? Home programmes can be just as effective!
What I love about home programmes is you’re more likely to do them once you have a plan in place!
