Jax is a personal trainer, movement coach and writer hailing from London. She specialises in full body strength and flexibility training, combining movement with behavioural change techniques to help you live the life you want.
Her personal journey to a balanced healthy mind and body has been turbulent to say the least, with shame and low self-esteem which bled into every aspect of her life. This is why her intention is to demystify fitness, making it accessible for everyone.
