Mellow Vinyasa - This flow encourages slow and steady breathing as we transition from pose to pose. The opportunity here is to become deeply aware of the movements and the moments in-between. A good one to do when you’re feeling out of touch.
Post-Run or Post-Workout stretch - This one stretches all the key areas with deeper emphasis on quads, hips and hammys.
Strength and Sculpt - This workout that can be done body weight or using KBs and Bands. You will sweat, you will build muscle, you will burn fat. It’s science. :)
Spicy Vinyasa with Revolved Triangle - Grab a block or something sturdy to bring the ground towards you.

This class is based upon the elements of air and fire and we marry these two with the heart and lung organs. Our physical practise will focus on feeling a fire, yet by harnessing awareness of the breathe we aim to remain steady.
